The shortcut will appear on your home screen and work like an app. With a single tap, it takes you directly to the page, which opens in your browser.
What to Do If My LiteBlue Account Is Locked?
If your account is locked, don’t panic. Most account lockouts happen because of incorrect login attempts, an expired password, Multi-Factor Authentication issues, or security measures to protect your account. In most cases, you can regain access by following the appropriate recovery steps.
Why Is My Account Locked?
Your account may be locked for one of the following reasons:
Solution 1: Reset Your SSP Password
If you forgot your password or entered it incorrectly several times, reset your Self-Service Profile password through the USPS SSP portal. After creating a new password, try signing in again. Your new password will also work for other USPS self-service applications.
Solution 2: Reset Your MFA
If your account is locked because you can’t complete MFA, USPS now offers a Self-Service MFA Reset. To reset your MFA:
This feature is useful if you’ve changed phones, lost your authenticator app, or no longer have access to your verification method.
Solution 3: IT Service Desk
If you’re still unable to access your account, contact the USPS IT Service Desk for assistance.
